The policy covers Buildings, Machinery, equipments, Furniture, Fixtures, Fitting & electrical installations on Reinstatement value, while the stock is covered on market value basis.  

The policy offers a comprehensive cover against all perils except those specifically excluded. It covers loss or damage due to:
